We're looking for a PeopleSoft HRIS professional to manage core HR systems, streamline processes, and deliver data that supports strategic HR decision-making.
What You'll Do
HR Systems Operations
- Serve as the go-to resource for HR system issues, updates, and user support.
- Oversee daily operations across PeopleSoft/CHRS, LMS platforms, and related HR tools.
- Maintain system access, data integrity, testing cycles, integrations, and audits.
- Support evaluation programs and provide training materials and guidance.
Process Optimization
- Spot process gaps and drive workflow improvements.
- Lead transitions to digital forms and automated workflows using tools like AdobeSign, Smartsheet, and OnBase.
- Partner with HR and IT to streamline document flow and evaluate automation impact.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and data extracts (PeopleSoft Query, SQL, Tableau, Smartsheet, CIRS).
- Conduct data audits and ensure confidentiality compliance.
- Deliver workforce analytics on topics such as retention, engagement, DEI, and planning.
- Define and track KPIs for HR leadership.
Implementations & Projects
- Lead or support HR system rollouts and third-party tool implementations.
- Contribute to project planning, milestone tracking, and UAT.
- Collaborate with technical partners on systemwide initiatives.
Change Management & Training
- Support change readiness for new systems and enhancements.
- Create user communications, training guides, and learning sessions.
- Promote best practices to strengthen user adoption.
